Simulated practical situations are provided for the attendees during seminars for solutions, analysis and conclusions. Opportunities for using them in practice are proposed.

Methods used during the seminars: Recording of simulated situations and analysis of the video material; practical tasks and exercises; role-games; tasks for groups and the solutions of such tasks.
The Moderator of the Programmes and Main Lector is Darius Rupšlaukis.
He is negotiation and sales consultant. Lector and practitioner who has worked in the customer service sector since 1995, and has designed and implemented sale and customer service systems in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Lithuania. Darius Rupšlaukis underwent training in the customer services sector in Karlskrona, Erebru (Sweden) in 1995 and 1996; in Moscow (Russia) in 1999; in Brussels (Belgium) in 2006; and in Istanbul (Turkey) in 2006. He has participated in the design of sale and customer service quality management systems according to ISO 9001.
He has lectured and conducted seminars in different business companies and state establishments since 1999.
